As on May 16, 2016 ( Today) , it's the voting day for TN election 2016. Voting is people's right. Vote for the right person and for the betterment of Tamil Nadu.

What is NOTA ? Why is it used? 

NOTA is just to denote that you are not interested in voting any of the candidates. It has nothing to do with the negative vote. The rumors about 35% of NOTA leads to reelection is completely fake. Even if 99% vote to NOTA and 1% vote for a candidate, the candidate will be declared as the winner. So Keep in mind while voting.

Should I vote as per opinion polls ?

The people of TN were confused by Opinion Polls. So it's better not to mind the opinion polls and do what is right. Vote for the right person you feel.
